WMS Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience working with WMS technology in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment
• Experience configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting WMS or related warehouse applications
• Strong understanding of how warehouse operations translate into system functionality and configuration
• Experience with one or more of the following: ○ Labor Management (LMS) ○ Slotting ○ Billing ○ Parcel
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system configurations and solutions
• Experience supporting system testing, troubleshooting, implementations, site conversions, and deployments
• Manhattan Active experience is strongly preferred
• Previous 3PL experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with legacy Manhattan products or other Tier 1 WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder or HighJump can also be considered

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support warehouse management systems and related applications across its distribution network. This individual will work closely with Operations and IT teams to configure, test, deploy, and support solutions connected to the company's primary WMS environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Manhattan Active and supporting products such as Labor Management, Slotting, Billing, and Parcel. This individual will help determine functionality to deploy, translate operational requirements into system configurations, support site conversions, and ensure warehouse teams are effectively leveraging WMS technology. The organization is continuing to grow and standardize its distribution sites onto a more unified platform. This person will play an important role in supporting Manhattan Active conversions and the additional systems and modules surrounding the core WMS.
