The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations and be comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all warehouse operations - receiving, inspection, storage, material handling, inventory control, and shipping - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all shifts.
- Maintain inventory integrity through disciplined cycle counting, audits, reconciliations, and root-cause resolution of discrepancies; target and sustain best-in-class inventory accuracy.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, coordinating with carriers and internal stakeholders to meet delivery commitments and customer requirements.
- Develop, track, and report warehouse KPIs - including inventory accuracy, on-time shipment, receiving performance, and labor productivity - and drive continuous improvement actions.
