Required Skills & Experience

-3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling environment. -3-5 years of experience performing warehouse functions such as receiving, picking, packing, staging, stocking, or shipping materials. -3-5 years of experience working with inventory processes, including maintaining inventory accuracy, cycle counts, or physical inventory. -Experience inspecting incoming or outgoing materials for damage, shortages, and inventory discrepancies. -Experience safely loading, unloading, handling, and moving materials using appropriate warehouse procedures. -Ability to learn and use warehouse systems, equipment, and established operational processes. -Ability to work full time and onsite in Alpharetta, GA while consistently meeting productivity, accuracy, and workplace safety expectations.

Job Description

A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate II to come onboard! This individual will support day-to-day warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, labeling, stocking, picking, packing, and staging materials for shipment. The role will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, processing transfers and returns, identifying damaged or missing materials, and operating basic warehouse equipment safely. This is a full-time, onsite position that requires close collaboration with warehouse, operations, purchasing, and other internal teams.
