Required Skills & Experience

-1-3 years of experience working in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling environment. -Hands-on experience receiving, picking, packing, staging, stocking, or shipping warehouse materials. -Experience maintaining inventory accuracy, including inventory records, cycle counts, or physical inventory. -Experience inspecting materials and identifying damage, shortages, or inventory discrepancies. -Ability to safely load, unload, move, and organize materials in a warehouse environment. -Ability to learn and operate warehouse equipment, systems, and processes while following established safety procedures. -Ability to work full time and onsite in Alpharetta, GA while meeting established productivity and accuracy standards.

Job Description

A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate II to come onboard! This individual will support day-to-day warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, labeling, stocking, picking, packing, and staging materials for shipment. The role will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, processing transfers and returns, identifying damaged or missing materials, and operating basic warehouse equipment safely. This is a full-time, onsite position that requires close collaboration with warehouse, operations, purchasing, and other internal teams.
