Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a UKG Support / Training Specialist for a top healthcare client supporting a large-scale workforce management system upgrade. This candidate will play a key role in preparing more than 4,000 managers for an upcoming go-live by delivering engaging, topic-specific training on workforce management functionality, including scheduling, timekeeping, accruals, leave, and reporting. The ideal candidate is personable, patient, customer-focused, and confident presenting to a variety of audiences. Candidates with HR systems or UKG Workforce Central experience are highly preferred, but strong trainers with excellent presentation and customer service skills will also be considered.
