UiPath Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a UiPath Engineer to support the automation of manual and repetitive processes across enterprise systems. This person will primarily work within UiPath to access and extract data from various applications, build automated workflows, troubleshoot and enhance existing automations, and use Java where needed for integrations or more complex development. The team is also heavily leveraging AI, so this person should have a strong understanding of modern AI tools and development assistants, including tools such as Claude and Kiro, and be comfortable incorporating them into their development process. Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) is also important, particularly understanding how AI can communicate with and leverage external tools and systems.

Skills and Requirements

Strong hands-on UiPath development experience Experience extracting/accessing data from existing systems and automating downstream tasks Java development experience Intermediate or stronger understanding of AI concepts and AI development tools Experience using AI coding/development assistants, such as Claude or Kiro Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and how AI can connect/interact with other tools or systems Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
