TSSCI Deployment and Field Support

Required Skills & Experience

-TSSCI Clearance -Experience in field engineering, integration support, break-fix, deployment, or technical support roles -Perform installation, integration, cabling, hardware swaps, and support tasks -troubleshoot break-fix incidents and restore services as quickly as possible -rack, stack, cable mgmt -Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across hardware and infrastructure components -Experience with ticket-based workflows and service response expectations -Strong communication and team coordination skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-experience in data center, lab, or secure facility support environments -Familiarity with spare parts control, asset handling, and escalation coordination

Job Description

A client in the Chantilly, VA area is seeking a Deployment & Field Support professional in support of a federal project.

Candidates will be onsite 5x a week in Chantilly, VA. Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance - candidates will be submitted for additional security screening after a successful interview and must pass a customer BG check.

Candidates will be providing hands-on installation, sustainment, troubleshooting, and field execution needed to keep mission systems operational. This role is responsible for deployment support, break-fix work, hardware handling, ticket resolution, and direct coordination with engineering and operations teams.
