TS/SCI Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of cybersecurity or information assurance experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field Current Top Secret clearance U.S. Citizen Experience supporting DoD cybersecurity requirements and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Experience with Assessment and Authorization (A&A) / certification and accreditation processes Experience conducting vulnerability scanning, vulnerability analysis, and remediation activities Experience developing, reviewing, or maintaining RMF security documentation and authorization artifacts Experience conducting security risk assessments, system audits, and continuous monitoring Understanding of NIST, FISMA, DIACAP, and DoD cybersecurity standards Understanding of network infrastructure and mission assurance Knowledge of intrusion prevention and network access control systems Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key management concepts Experience assessing cybersecurity impacts associated with system or configuration changes Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must hold one of the following certifications:

Security+ CISSP CISM CASP+ / SecurityX CEH CySA+

Experience supporting Air Force systems or programs Experience developing or maintaining POA&Ms Experience supporting system security testing and evaluating security control implementation Experience developing security impact analyses, risk assessments, exceptions, deviations, or waivers Experience with Air Force ITIPS Experience supporting DISA, NSA, Air Force, or other DoD cybersecurity assessments or audits Experience with penetration testing or supporting external cyber testing teams Knowledge of defensive cyber operations Experience developing System Security Plans, Vulnerability Management Plans, Program Protection Plans, or similar RMF artifacts Experience supporting cybersecurity requirements throughout the system development lifecycle

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity / Information Assurance professional to support classified Department of Defense and Air Force systems. This person will support Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) efforts, conduct vulnerability and risk assessments, evaluate cybersecurity impacts of system changes, and maintain required security documentation.

The role will work closely with technical teams to ensure systems remain compliant with DoD and Air Force cybersecurity requirements throughout the system lifecycle. This person will also support security audits, system testing, vulnerability remediation, continuous monitoring, and the development and maintenance of RMF authorization packages.
