Telecom Project Coordinator

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, work orders, or service requests
• Understanding of telecommunications and telephone systems
• Experience working with telecommunications vendors; Frontier experience preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track schedules, deliverables, and outstanding action items
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous Telecom Project Coordinator or IT Project Coordinator experience
• Experience coordinating moves, adds, and changes (MACs)
• IT Service Delivery experience

Job Description

Our client in the Southeastern Connecticut area is seeking a Telecom Project Coordinator to help coordinate and track telecommunications projects across the organization. This person will serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams, field resources, telecommunications providers, and external vendors.
