Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Autonomous Vehicle Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and operational readiness of autonomous test vehicles. This individual will work closely with engineers, technicians, and test operations teams to ensure vehicle availability, safety, and performance for software integration and testing activities. The ideal candidate has a strong automotive or heavy equipment maintenance background, enjoys troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical systems, and is excited about emerging autonomous vehicle technology.

$25/hr to $34/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• Harness building experience, with the ability to build a harness from start to finish
• IPC certification
• Motivated and interest in career growth
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations for compliance including OSHA Ability to interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance records.
• Experience coming from large Harness Shops Experience with/knowledge of autonomous vehicles
