This candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle supporting cleared programs nationwide, partnering closely with program managers, senior leadership, and capture teams to identify and secure cleared and clearable talent. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, onboarding support, labor category alignment, clearance verification, and maintaining compliance within ATS systems. The recruiter will also play a key role in proposal and capture efforts by building talent pipelines, securing contingent hires and letters of intent, and supporting transition hiring for new contract awards and recompetes.
