Technical Project Manager IV

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years Project/Program Management experience, specifically within IT/technology. · Large-scale systems or data integration experience involving multiple technical teams/dependencies. · Vendor management experience, ideally managing an external technology/software vendor. · Experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization across business, IT, data/analytics, and leadership. · Strong PM governance skills: integrated workplans, RAID logs, dependencies, schedules, resources, scope/change management, testing/readiness, and stakeholder accountability. · Technical fluency sufficient to manage IT teams, vendors, integrations, and data-related workstreams. · Previous experience working for a large Insurance Payer or Provider · Two (2) years experience with health coverage funding arrangements, particularly Self-Funding
