Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly adaptable and delivery-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support a rapidly evolving mobile application platform within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This individual will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive the execution of multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring features are successfully delivered across the mobile application ecosystem.

This is not a traditional Scrum Master role. While Agile experience is important, the ideal candidate is focused on driving outcomes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across the entire mobile application lifecycle.

Compensation: $65-73/hr. Exact compensation is negotiable and may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, location, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on day one of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution and delivery across multiple product and engineering workstreams supporting mobile applications and associated features.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and key stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and remove delivery obstacles.
  • Coordinate end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including planning, development, testing, release management, and feature rollouts.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Monitor project health, schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support financial tracking and project-related budget responsibilities.
  • Manage competing priorities in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize Jira and related project management tools to track progress, manage deliverables, and provide status updates.
  • Ensure coordination across mobile application releases, feature enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.
