Technical Program Manager – Technology Insertion & Supply Chain

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
• Extensive supply chain experience within hardware, infrastructure, manufacturing, or data center environments
• Experience supporting technology insertion, NPI, or hardware deployment programs
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and supply chain readiness
• Experience partnering with engineering, supply chain, procurement, operations, and vendors
• Experience managing technical documentation, change management, risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness
• Strong ability to drive complex programs through ambiguity and cross-functional decision-making

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Data center or critical infrastructure experience
• Experience supporting emerging infrastructure technologies
• Global supply chain or supplier readiness experience
• Engineering or supply chain-related degree

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with extensive supply chain experience to support technology insertion within a large-scale data center environment. This individual will drive new infrastructure and hardware technologies from evaluation and engineering readiness through supply chain planning and deployment. They will partner across engineering, supply chain, procurement, operations, and vendors to manage technical documentation, supplier/material readiness, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional decisions required to successfully deploy new technologies at scale.
