Systems Engineer - Secret Clearance

Job Description

An employer is seeking Senior Software Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will apply critical thinking to all aspects of the system lifecycle within an Agile development environment. You will be instrumental in driving requirements development, technical documentation, and cross-functional integration to ensure mission success.

Skills and Requirements

Active Secret Clearance Strong background supporting systems engineering across the complete software development lifecycle. A solid understanding of, or direct experience working with, systems engineering throughout the Army Acquisition Life Cycle is considered a very strong plus. Demonstrated hands-on experience with IBM DOORS (9.7.x) for active data and requirement management. Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and understand their cascading impacts on software testing, system safety, and cyber defense protocols. Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirements support is highly desired.
