Supply Planner

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

· 1–3 years of experience in:

o Supply Planning o Demand Planning o Inventory Planning · Experience owning a product group, suppliers, or inventory decisions

· Understanding of key supply chain concepts:

o Lead times o Forecasting o Replenishment strategies · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have:

· Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Replenishment Planning · Experience working through a system or ERP transition · Ability to work quickly & efficiently Bachelors degree preferred

Job Description

Key Repsonsibilities:

· Manage inventory planning and replenishment strategies for assigned items and suppliers · Review daily replenishment recommendations and purchase requisitions · Set and adjust key planning parameters (lead time, MOQ, segmentation, etc.) · Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and reduce excess stock · Partner with demand planning, sourcing, and suppliers to improve performance · Resolve inventory and order issues (expediting POs, troubleshooting discrepancies) Use reporting and analytics to drive proactive inventory decisions
