Required Skills & Experience

8-12 years of experience in construction as a superintendent Healthcare, science & technology, and/or university construction experience Ground-up / greenfield construction experience Strong scheduling experience, including developing project schedules Experience managing teams of approximately 5–12 people Experience overseeing medium-sized projects in the $20M–$100M range Preconstruction through construction experience Experience with constructability reviews and project scoping Proficiency with Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Procore Ability and willingness to travel OSHA 30 certification

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking two Mid-Level Superintendents for a top national general contractor supporting a major healthcare construction project in Millbrae, CA. These individuals will join during the preconstruction phase and play a key role in constructability, scoping, scheduling, MEP coordination, and ultimately field execution as the project moves toward groundbreaking. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, has successfully delivered $20M–$100M projects, and brings strong ground-up healthcare and/or science and technology construction experience.

Salary: $150k-190k dependent on experience, bonus structure, scaled car allowance $500-1,200, and fuel card
