Structural Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Structural Engineering role with exposure to reinforced concrete, foundations and retaining structures, prestressed concrete, steel, and timber design.
• Demonstrated experience designing permeant &/or temporary structures
• Working knowledge of AISC, ACI, NDS, ASCE, OSHA and applicable standards.
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design tools (e.g., Risa, Revit, AutoCAD or equivalent software packages).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior experience with proprietary formwork or shoring systems
• Experience preparing reshoring sequences for multi-story concrete buildings.
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
• Experience with FEA analysis programs,
• Experience with 3D modeling or BIM tools for temporary structures.

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Structural Engineer to design and engineer temporary structures that support construction projects across North America. This role will be responsible for developing PE-stamped calculations and drawings for shoring, reshoring, falsework, formwork, temporary foundations, equipment support systems, and construction load paths. The engineer will perform structural analysis, develop construction support solutions, coordinate with project teams, respond to RFIs, and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
