JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join their AV Set-Up client in the greater Boston area on a 6 month contract assignment. This role is in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, and Insight Global is looking for a candidate that's experienced in staffing/recruiting, and can pivot to a new task quickly.
Our client sits within the Audio Visual space, and this individual will be responsible for staffing the set up teams for these various events.
Responsibilities:
- Staffing crews and teams for events based on project needs
- Identifying candidates, both from a bench and actively recruiting
- Managing logistics: ○ Hotels ○ Car rentals Scheduling
