Job Description

Technical Architecture and Product Ownership:

Serve as sole product owner for the Driver Safety Framework Matrix, Safety Portal, Field Metrics Console, n8n integrations, and backup Submission Center. Own product vision, architecture, requirements, data contracts, workflow logic, backlog, testing, release approval, adoption, documentation, and lifecycle support. Architect and maintain more than 25,000 lines of production code across the AV Safety platform and scale the codebase toward 40,000-45,000 lines for Insight Global and local Operations integration. Establish standards for access control, validation, idempotency, versioning, monitoring, reconciliation, recovery, auditability, and controlled fallback operations. Own the roadmap for future Hyperion auto-alert and upload capabilities and L3 reporting integrations, subject to Insight Global engineering, security, and governance approvals.

Safety Program and Cross-Vendor Governance Own the AV Safety Operating Model across Readiness, Incident Response, and Learning & Improvement, including its roadmap, standards, controls, and continuous-improvement cycle. Govern incident capture, early fact confirmation, stakeholder routing, progressive notifications, evidence, after-action review, corrective actions, and driver acknowledgment. Govern the Driver Safety Framework Matrix, policy application, quality ride-along scoring, emergency drills, Operations Risk Management self-checks, and return-to-duty controls. Define consistent responsibilities, service expectations, reporting standards, and escalation paths across Safety, local Operations, Insight Global, Insight Global, and relevant Insight Global stakeholders. Report program delivery, safety performance, material risks, control gaps, corrective actions, and resource needs to Insight Global and vendor leadership.

Decision Authority Prioritize the AV Safety roadmap and team workload, assign first-pass execution, and approve requirements, acceptance criteria, and controlled production releases. Require complete incident documentation, evidence, acknowledgments, and corrective-action follow-through. Resolve technical and program tradeoffs across vendors and functions and escalate material risks through established Insight Global governance. Manage the performance and development of direct reports and participate in staffing decisions. Recommend operating restrictions, driver removal, and return-to-duty conditions while preserving final Insight Global authority where required.
