Sr. Technical Operations Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Sr. Technical Operations Specialist. This resource will act as a jack of all trades with a heavy emphasis on enterprise application production support. Resource will manage rally board and servicenow dashboard. Responsible for ticket allocation to the team and ticket resolution. The individual needs enough technical depth to independently lead troubleshooting across applications, Windows/IIS, databases, networking, infrastructure, cloud and vendor-supported platforms. The person will lead production operations, incident and change coordination, vulnerability remediation, vendor engagement, operational backlog management, documentation and knowledge transfer across a diverse packaged-application portfolio.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years experience in Application/Production Support Team Lead/Ticket allocation - resource will be responsible for dispersing tickets from the que to appropriate engineers and involved in ticket resolution Windows/IIS CMS/Website/Sitefinity Experience supporting COTS applications Azure Kubernetes .net Development experience Salesforce
