Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Front End Software Engineer for our client, a Texas-based network of hospitals and residential treatment centers for patients with complex health needs. The Sr. Front End Software Engineer will design, build, and own the user-facing layer of the mission-critical applications that support clinical and administrative operations across our facilities. In this role, you'll lead front-end development on a Microsoft-centered stack, delivering fast, accessible, and secure interfaces for web, Microsoft 365, and mobile, backed by C#/.NET services and Azure and Databricks data platforms. This role pairs deep front-end craftsmanship with enough full-stack range to ship features end to end, with growing opportunities to work closely with the CIO in shaping how we bring AI into real clinical and operational workflows.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible, high-performance user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript,
  • Build and extend Microsoft cloud experiences, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions and Microsoft Teams apps, using Fluent UI and Microsoft design guidelines
  • Develop C# Blazor web applications (Server, WebAssembly, and Blazor Web App render modes) with Fluent UI Blazor components for internal clinical and operational tools
  • Create and maintain a shared component library and design system, including documentation, so teams can deliver consistent, reusable interfaces
  • Turn clinical, operational, and executive requirements into intuitive UX by partnering with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineers on workflows, prototypes, and usability
  • Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure Functions, handling authentication and authorization with Entra ID
  • Build data-driven dashboards and applications, including embedded solutions and Databricks AI/BI dashboards, that surface clinical, operational, and reporting data in clear, actionable ways
  • Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code, with unit, component, and end-to-end tests
  • Optimize front-end performance, bundle size, and cross-browser and cross-device behavior; diagnose and resolve UI, accessibility, and performance issues in production
