Experience in sales support, customer operations, order management, billing, or order-to-cash operations. Strong knowledge of order processing, invoicing, pricing, credits/rebills, returns, and purchase-order management. Experience working with complex customer or hospital accounts strongly preferred. Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution across multiple teams. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple business units in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Movemedical or similar order/customer management systems is preferred.

Job Description

One of our Orthopaedic clients is seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist to provide high-level operational support across multiple business units and a broad national customer base. This role will be responsible for resolving complex order, billing, pricing, and account-related issues that directly impact order accuracy, cash realization, and the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting sales and customer operations within a complex, high-volume environment and will be comfortable partnering across internal teams, hospital accounts, and business units to investigate issues and drive timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and correct order-entry errors, duplicate orders, and other order-processing discrepancies. Manage complex returns, force invoicing, credit-and-rebill requests, and billing disputes. Research and resolve billing, pricing, and contract-pricing issues to support accurate invoicing and payment. Identify and correct Movemedical errors and other system-related order or account issues. Apply and validate purchase orders to ensure accurate processing and billing. Serve as a point of contact for hospital and customer account mediation, coordinating with internal teams to resolve escalated issues. Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, billing, contracting, and other business stakeholders to address complex customer needs. Support multiple business units while effectively prioritizing high-impact and time-sensitive requests. Help improve order accuracy, reduce billing delays, and support timely cash realization through proactive problem resolution. Provide senior-level guidance and support on complex cases requiring additional investigation or coordination.
