Sr Sales Rep

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to drive new business and expand existing client relationships within the fastener and construction industries. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in an independent, results-driven environment and is comfortable engaging clients in the field. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and relationship-building to closing and account growth - while representing the company as a trusted industry partner.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the fastener, construction, or related industrial sectors Proven ability to work independently and manage a territory or book of business Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, negotiation strategies, and relationship management Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require
