Sr Project Manager - AI Program Development & Enablement

Required Skills & Experience

· 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives. · Proven experience leading enterprise software implementation projects from planning through deployment and adoption. · Background working in organizations that use a hybrid project methodology - specifically, the ability to impose structure on a fast-paced agentic development environment where the pace of change conflicts with traditional delivery methods. · Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects, and cross-functional stakeholders. · Strong background partnering with Operations and IT teams to deliver technology solutions in complex environments. · Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or emerging technology implementations, including coordinating business and technical teams through delivery and launch.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Transportation or Logistics industry experience Experience delivering AI-enabled products or platforms, including working directly with software engineering and product teams during development, implementation, and go-live activities.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, enterprise-wide AI initiatives within the IT PMO. Reporting to the Director of PMO, this individual will oversee complex, high-visibility programs that are already funded and actively underway. The role will serve as a key partner to software engineering, business, and operational leaders, ensuring AI initiatives are delivered with the right structure, governance, and cross-functional alignment. This position is ideal for a project or program leader who understands how modern AI and agentic development practices are changing traditional delivery models. The ideal candidate can bring organization and governance to a rapidly evolving environment while enabling innovation and execution at scale.

• Lead a strategic AI initiative delivered by internal agentic development resources.
• Establish the functional framework and governance structure to support AI development management, executive communications, and team engagement.
• Partner with internal development teams to guide projects from concept through launch and implementation.
• Coordinate across technology, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment across technical teams, business objectives, and operational requirements.
