Sr. Product Owner

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Product Owner for a leading client within the energy industry. This individual will own the strategic direction, roadmap, and delivery of critical Order-to-Cash (O2C) capabilities, with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Collections, Contract Management, and Order Management. The Sr. Product Owner will partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and Agile delivery teams to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, epics, and user stories. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Product Owner who enjoys driving enterprise technology initiatives, improving financial and operational processes, and leading modernization efforts across platforms including SAP.

Day-to-Day:

Own the strategy and roadmap for key O2C products and capabilities Prioritize the backlog and translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and Agile development teams Support and improve AR, Collections, Contract, and Order Management processes Drive modernization and enhancements across SAP and other enterprise applications Ensure product releases deliver measurable business value

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience Strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience, specifically within Accounts Receivable, Collections, Contract Management, or Order Management Experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, and user stories Strong experience working with Agile delivery teams Experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology solutions SAP SD and/or SAP FI-AR experience RightAngle or .NET application experience Energy, manufacturing, or transportation industry experience CSPO or PSPO certification
