Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Sr Product Manager to help with the development of a new product that will touch multiple lines of business as well as impact their customers.
Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, modernization, and delivery of a digital photography and media platform supporting cruise operations. This person will lead the transition from legacy technology to a scalable, digital-first platform spanning onboard and shoreside systems.
The role will partner closely with engineering, architecture, design, QA, operations, vendors, and business leaders. The ideal candidate has strong product management experience, understands complex technology environments, and can translate business and operational needs into clear product priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for a digital photography and media platform. Lead modernization of legacy systems supporting photo capture, storage, digital access, commerce, fulfillment, and image association. Translate business and operational needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans. Manage backlog prioritization, dependencies, release planning, technical debt, and platform enhancements. Partner with engineering, architecture, QA, design, operations, and vendors throughout discovery, development, testing, and launch. Build multi-year roadmaps, business cases, investment priorities, and annual planning recommendations. Use product analytics, customer insights, revenue metrics, and operational feedback to guide product decisions. Ensure solutions account for cruise-specific challenges such as intermittent connectivity, ship-to-shore data movement, and onboard operations. Support platform scalability for new ships, destinations, and future business growth. Communicate roadmap progress, risks, tradeoffs, financial considerations, and priorities to senior leadership.
