10+ years of Oracle DBA experience, including 5+ years supporting Oracle Exadata Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 19c, RAC, ASM, Grid Infrastructure, Data Guard, and RMAN Experience supporting mission-critical, 24x7 production environments, including backup/recovery and disaster recovery Strong experience with database upgrades, migrations, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Solid Application DBA experience, including supporting development teams, SQL/application performance troubleshooting, and production releases Strong Linux administration experience, ideally Oracle Linux or Red Hat
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated environment Exposure to cloud database platforms, including OCI, AWS, or Azure
Job Description
Looking for a Senior Oracle DBA with strong Oracle 19c and Exadata experience to support a mission-critical healthcare environment. They need to be hands-on with RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, Grid Infrastructure, Linux, performance tuning, backup/recovery, upgrades, patching, and production support. We also need someone with solid Application DBA experience who can work directly with developers on SQL tuning, application performance, releases, and database troubleshooting. This is a 24x7 environment with an on-call rotation.
