Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of experience designing mobile applications and production-ready UI
Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, and mobile design patterns
Experience designing guided, task-based workflows
Experience with retail, frontline workforce, or field-service applications
Experience designing technology used in physical/operational environments, not just consumer-facing apps
Strong visual UI, interaction design, and information hierarchy skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using AI-enabled development/design tools such as Cursor or Codex
Task Management experience
Experience designing workflows for store employees

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Mobile UI Designer to create polished, intuitive mobile experiences for a connected retail platform. This person will focus on simplifying complex retail operations into task-based mobile workflows for frontline users, including store associates, managers, technicians, and third-party teams. They will partner closely with UX, Product, and Engineering to take designs from concept through implementation.
