Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent years of Deltek experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience as a Deltek Consultant, with a focus on implementation and support of Human Capital Management and Accounting/Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Deltek Time and Expense functionalities.

Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join the Deltek ERP Implementation team in our clients Government Contract Advisory practice.

We are seeking a skilled Deltek Human Capital Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Deltek solutions, particularly the People Module and Accounting and Finance, as well as a strong understanding of Deltek Time and Expense management. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to optimize our human capital management processes and ensure seamless integration with financial operations.

• Implement and configure Deltek Human Capital Management solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Provide expertise in Deltek Accounting and Finance modules to enhance financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage Deltek Time and Expense processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee time and expenses.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline workflows, implement areas of improvement and increase efficiency.

Target salary is $150-$240K
