Job Description

This person will lead a 7-person software engineering team responsible for custom applications that support a large environmental / waste management services organization across internal operations, customer services, regulatory compliance, and field operations. They’ll balance keeping critical applications running with modernizing legacy technology, while building stronger SDLC, DevOps, testing, and release processes. They’ll work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize what should be built, fixed, or upgraded and stay technically involved across C#/.NET, Azure, APIs, integrations, and React. Ultimately, they’ll own the application roadmap and help move the organization from legacy systems toward a more modern, scalable technology environment.

The compensation for this role is an annual salary of $275k with equity / bonus potential.
