Job Description

The Director of Data & Analytics will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for building and leading the Data & Analytics function while owning the organization’s Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments. This person will oversee the reliability of data pipelines, reporting, semantic models, and analytics solutions while still jumping into the technology when their expertise is needed. They will lead and develop a small team, including hiring for two open positions, establish stronger processes around production support and new project delivery, and partner closely with business and technology leaders to prioritize data initiatives. The Director will also drive improvements around data governance, data quality, platform modernization, and self-service reporting, while helping evaluate practical AI and automation use cases. Ultimately, this person needs to balance keeping the existing data environment running reliably with building a more scalable and mature Data & Analytics capability.
