8+ years of relevant construction/project management Strong MEP construction experience Data center / mission-critical construction experience Experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally $100M+ Proven project management experience with schedule, budget, quality, change orders, and contractor management Ability to understand and coordinate design scope, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals Experience coordinating GCs, subcontractors, consultants, engineering/design teams, and other project stakeholders Strong communication, leadership, and behavioral/project ownership skills Able to work onsite in Tucson 5 days/week Owner or GC background

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager for a top mission-critical/data center client supporting a major greenfield build in Tucson, AZ. This individual will help lead the project from design and preconstruction through construction, commissioning, and turnover while coordinating contractors, design partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings significant large-scale construction experience, strong MEP knowledge, and the ability to take ownership of schedule, budget, quality, risk, and field execution in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.

Pay rate: $89-93/hr, depending on experience
