Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or relevant disciplines from an accredited University · 8-10 years of experience in the HVAC, refrigeration, chiller systems, or controls/process industry (Need 2/4)
· Experience with the following:
○ Control Systems Engineering/Automation Engineering. ○ PLC Programming Logic (Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens). ○ Commissioning Experience. ○ Knowledge of SolidWorks or AutoCAD. ○ Design and Configuration (HMI or SCADA systems). ○ EtherNet/IP or Modbus TCP (Rockwell) · Sequence of operation, Modbus RTU Communication, Coordinating FAT, Interpretation of Mechanical P&IDs Commissioning Work (IO Check outs, Control Wiring Check outs, VFD Knowledge, Model Control Centers)
Job Description
The Sr. Automation Engineer will be joining our client's team in Fort Worth, TX. This engineer will configure custom PLC programs for real-time control of automated equipment and collection of diagnostic and production data. This position will pay $125,000 - $135,000 depending on years of experience.
