Sr. Associate, Digital Analytics

Job Description

A client in the market research space is seeking a Senior Analytics Associate to analyze organic social and digital media performance and turn data into actionable recommendations. This person will build dashboards and automated reporting workflows, define KPIs and benchmarks, validate data quality, and identify trends across social and media channels. They will partner with analytics, media, strategy, technical, and client teams to communicate findings and recommend improvements to content, creative, audience, and channel strategy. The ideal candidate will have agency experience and be able to work EST or CST hours.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of digital/marketing analytics experience.
• Hands-on organic social analytics experience.
• Experience with Looker Studio and/or Power BI.
• Snowflake or similar data warehouse experience; working SQL knowledge.
• Reporting automation and data quality/troubleshooting experience.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Agency or consulting experience.
• Exposure to Supermetrics and Campaign Manager 360.
• ETL/ELT, UTM, tracking, and analytics implementation experience.
• Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
• Understanding of Python or R.
• Experience using Claude/ChatGPT for analytics and reporting.
