Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a true SQL Server DBA rather than a pure SQL Developer or BI Developer. They do not need to be the most senior DBA in the market. The team is looking for someone with enough hands-on knowledge to troubleshoot real SQL Server issues, while still being interested in learning and growing into the Epic Cogito side of the position. Candidates with fewer years of experience can be considered if they demonstrate strong technical knowledge. More experienced candidates can also be considered if they are comfortable with the responsibilities, level, and compensation. Most importantly, the candidate should be motivated to learn Epic Cogito and comfortable expanding beyond traditional SQL Server DBA responsibilities.
