Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sintering Operator to support the production of precision metal components in a manufacturing environment. This person will operate and monitor sintering equipment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, troubleshoot process issues, and help train team members. The role also involves loading materials, changing tooling, and performing basic inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 4:15 pm - 2:45 am (night shift role)
Individuals must train during the day shift for two to three weeks before switching to night shift. Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm
