Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform, including:

Power Apps / forms Power Automate / workflows Setting up and managing Power Platform environments Moving solutions between environments Previous experience completing a SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migration Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online Ability to troubleshoot and rebuild/migrate forms and workflows associated with SharePoint sites Strong communication skills with the ability to train and educate SharePoint site owners Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of migration activities

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SharePoint / Power Platform Engineer to support a large-scale migration from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online. The initial discovery and analysis of the existing environment has already been completed, and sites have been categorized for migration. This person will be responsible for the hands-on migration work, with a particular focus on more complex SharePoint sites that leverage forms, workflows, and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate is highly technical but also comfortable working directly with site owners, providing guidance and training throughout the migration.
