Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, including complex Service Catalog items with conditional logic, variable sets, multi-row variable sets, and data-driven forms Strong experience with ITSM, Request Management, and Service Catalog development Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workflow Designer / Flow Designer Strong Flow Designer experience building multi-level approval workflows, subflows, custom actions, approval rules, and error handling. Hands-on REST integration experience using IntegrationHub REST steps or outbound REST messages, including OAuth 2.0, JSON payloads, error handling, and retries. Experience building inbound integrations using Scripted REST API or Table API for callbacks/status updates Experience with reference qualifiers, UI policies, data lookup rules, custom tables, update sets/application repository, and ATF testing. Strong communication and ability to work within an established development/code-review environment.

Job Description

This ServiceNow Developer will join the existing ServiceNow team to build and enhance Service Catalog request forms and approval workflows for an access-management initiative. The developer will create data-driven catalog items, configure approval flows in Flow Designer, and integrate ServiceNow with PingIDM through REST APIs. They will develop both client- and server-side ServiceNow functionality, implement appropriate error handling and audit tracking, and ensure requests move successfully from submission through approval and fulfillment. The developer will also write ATF tests, support UAT and defect resolution, document the solution, and work through the team's established code review and change-management processes
