1+ years of Enterprise ServiceNow administration experience. Demonstrated ServiceNow configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience. Experience supporting platform upgrades, patches, or security updates. Ability to manage incidents, requests, and planned work across competing priorities. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineers, process owners, and customers. Ability to work independently and drive assigned work through completion. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a contract to hire ServiceNow administrator to provides daily administration, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and application environments. Fulfills service requests and resolves incidents related to access, configuration, and platform data. Partners with process owners and engineers to implement configuration changes and platform enhancements. Supports patches, security updates, upgrades, and other activities that maintain platform reliability and performance.
