Service Representative/Technician

Required Skills & Experience

· High school diploma or GED · 2+ years of experience in water treatment, industrial, mechanical, or field service environments · Valid driver's license with no restrictions · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills · Ability to work independently in the field · Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in industrial environments Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, and work in hot, cold, noisy, or dirty conditions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Associate's degree or trade school certification · Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals · Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience · Familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite · Experience supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, or data center environments

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Service Representative to support water treatment and disinfection systems at large-scale data center construction projects. This individual will work independently in the field, performing testing, inspections, troubleshooting, inventory management, and customer support activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in industrial environments while building strong relationships with customers.
