Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of consultancy experience in public accounting, audit, tax advisory, or financial due diligence roles at a Top 40 consulting firm
• Experience performing audits and related financial services for a diverse client base
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, ability to develop data-driven financial insights
• Experience presenting financial analyses to management, ability to confidently interact with senior-level client personnel, and strong team collaboration and client service skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• CPA designation
• 2+ years of transaction services and/or due diligence experience
• Mid-to-large professional services firm experience
• CFE, CFA, or other relevant professional designation/candidacy
• Advanced degree
• Quality of earnings experience Buy-side and sell-side transaction experience

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Consultant, Transaction Services for a top professional services and financial advisory client. This candidate will support complex M&A transactions by performing financial due diligence, analyzing target company financials, preparing quality of earnings reports, and developing data-driven insights for clients. The Senior Consultant will work closely with Partners and senior client executives across private equity, corporate, banking, and other financial services engagements.
