Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer with both administration and development experience to support a retail client’s digital transformation initiative. The project involves integrating Salesforce with ad server platforms to streamline campaign tracking, lead generation, and sales attribution.

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce with external ad server platforms via REST APIs.
• Automate lead capture and campaign attribution processes.
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize campaign performance and sales impact.
• Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for user and data management.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM functionality with campaign goals

Hourly Pay Negotiable based on experience: $53-58 /HR USD

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering/development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Advanced experience with:

Apex Apex Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce REST APIs Salesforce integrations Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications/platforms. Strong understanding of Salesforce development and engineering best practices. Ability to confidently discuss and explain previous Salesforce architecture, development, integrations, and technical decisions. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Salesforce Certified Administrator & Platform Developer I (Developer II is a plus) Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Advertising Studio Retail industry experience Ad-tech or advertising-platform integrations Campaign tracking and attribution experience CRM workflows and lead generation Salesforce reporting and dashboards Data integrity/data-quality experience
