Senior Program Manager - Delivery & Governance

Required Skills & Experience

-7+ years of Program Management, PMO, Delivery Management, or Consulting experience. -Experience supporting large-scale enterprise programs. -Strong understanding of governance frameworks, PMO operations, and program health management. -Experience managing distributed teams and multiple concurrent initiatives. -Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. -Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. -Strong experience with reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and business reviews.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience within large technology organizations. -Experience supporting hardware / software embedded technical programs -Experience leading PMO transformations or managed service delivery teams. -Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms. -Consulting and managed services experience.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support multiple strategic programs within a high level enterprise portfolio. This individual will serve as a leadership layer across technical experts, Program Managers, Business Analysts, and project delivery teams, ensuring operational consistency, program health, stakeholder visibility, and successful execution across complex initiatives.

Unlike a traditional Project Manager role, this position is focused on delivery governance, resource leadership, operational oversight, and scaling best practices across multiple engagements. The ideal candidate can operate strategically with stakeholders while also being willing to jump into delivery details when needed.

This role can pay between $65-70 depending on skillset and years of experience.
