Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to support a client in the Greater Houston area. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a critical business application while also contributing to the development and modernization of new applications. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate requirements and user stories into scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications. The environment includes both legacy and modern technologies, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting existing .NET applications while helping the team introduce newer development practices and technologies. A major focus of the role will be supporting applications related to job planning, logistics, operations, and revenue workflows. These applications help manage the full lifecycle of a job, including customer requirements, design, operational scheduling, equipment and truck loading priorities, transportation to job sites, tooling, and revenue-related information. This is a work-from-home position; however, candidates must reside within driving distance of Sugar Land, TX and be able to work onsite twice per month, typically the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
