Required Skills & Experience

MUST HAVES:

• 10+ years of corporate accounting experience ○ Preferably last 3-5 as a Controller
• Strong accounting background, coming from a CPA or Big 4 environment
• Advanced expertise in managing a balance sheet
• Strong experience with any ERP system Acumatica preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global's CPG client in California is looking to add a Senior Controller to their staff. This individual will hold the following responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow forecasting and oversee daily accounting operations, including AP and reconciliations.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff while providing hands-on operational support as needed.
• Ensure financial controls, accountability, and process compliance in a highly regulated, cash-intensive environment. Partner with leadership to drive financial performance and make difficult decisions when necessary.
