Job Description

We are looking for a Security Project Specialist (Installation Coordinator) to join the team in Alexandria immediately. This position is fully onsite in Alexandria, Monday-Friday 8-5pm.

This is supporting electronic security system programs for installation and service/maintenance for multiple sites across the nation for access control, intrusion detection and CCTV upgrades.

You will be responsible for:

• scheduling install and service calls nationwide for two main customers - approximately 70 projects per year
• working with the field office to schedule technicians and local customer POCs for coordinator
• obtaining project updates from the field to update internal project tracking system
• providing weekly updates to local branch offices about schedule and status of project -- data gathering from field to provide report to customer
• billing, invoices and PO management for projects
• communication with local offices for coordinating schedules for install/service
• attend bi-weekly client calls with the customer and Program Manager

**This position requires that you are able to obtain a government security clearance.
