- Bachelor's degree and 6+ YOE with material management, production planning, order management, financial forecasting and budgeting.
- If Graduate degree they require 4+ years of experience, and if no degree 10+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and execution
- Experience with MRP systems, Microsoft Suites and PLM software's.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience within the DOD manufacturing space.
- Experience with EVMS or CAM
Job Description
The Sr. Specialist, Material Manager leads material planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, and supply chain risk management for various programs. This person will be working the master schedule aligning to the MRP. They work across Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality, and Program Management to ensure materials are available and issues are resolved quickly. The role also supports EVMS, audits, process improvements, and mentoring while helping improve overall operational performance.
