Secret Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator/Technical Implementation Lead

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, engineering, or architecture experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Active IAT Level II certification
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in at least two relevant ServiceNow modules
• Experience administering ServiceNow across DEV, QA, and Production environments
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, instance cloning, configuration management, and production support
• Strong experience with ITSM, HAM, SAM, and ITOM
• Experience building and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, SSO, SAML, and/or OAuth
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security including ACLs, roles, permissions, groups, and platform governance
• Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow performance, integrations, system logs, slow queries, indexing, and other platform issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise application development
• Experience implementing or maintaining Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity, configuration management, and change control requirements
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations or platform modernization efforts

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator/Technical Implementation Lead to support an enterprise application development team in Dahlgren, VA. This individual will be responsible for the administration, stability, configuration, upgrades, and technical implementation of ServiceNow across DEV, QA, and Production environments. They will also support ServiceNow integrations and modules including ITSM, HAM, SAM, and ITOM, while providing senior-level technical guidance on platform improvements and new implementations. This candidate must have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, engineering, or architecture experience and must hold an active Secret clearance and IAT Level II certification. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The pay for this role ranges from $80–$91/hour, based on experience.
