- Bachelors degree with at least 10 years of experience
- Previous experience supporting Navy or DoD budgeting/financial management
- Hands-on experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
- Proficiency with PBIS (Program Budget Information System)
- Proficiency with Navy ERP, including funds control and financial management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Job Description
We are seeking a PPBE Business Analyst to support the Navy Secretariat Comptroller and Resource Directorate (SCRD) with budget formulation, execution, and financial analysis. This individual will work closely with federal stakeholders as a budget analyst and program activity liaison, helping manage funding requirements and ensure financial objectives are met.
